Data controller
The data controller is ADC S.r.l., with registered office at Via G. Segantini 33/B, Cinisello Balsamo (MI), Italy, VAT no. 02707970964, telephone 02 8969 6022.
For any request concerning the processing of personal data, you can contact the data controller using the details above.
Data processed and purposes
Browsing data: in the course of normal operation, the systems running this website collect certain technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), used exclusively to ensure that the website works properly and securely.
Data entered in the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone number, any address and message. The website does not store or transmit this data: the form composes a WhatsApp message in your browser, which you decide whether to send. Once sent, the message is used to reply to your request.
Telephone and WhatsApp contacts: the data you provide when calling or writing to our numbers is used to handle your request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and on the consent given through the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR), as well as on the data controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website.
WhatsApp and third-party services
Requests sent via WhatsApp are handled through the service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on the WhatsApp website.
The Contact page can display a Google Maps map provided by Google Ireland Limited. The map is loaded only with your consent, given through the cookie banner or by clicking “Show map”: from that moment Google may collect technical data (such as your IP address) and use cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy. Without your consent, no data is sent to Google.
The links to ADC's Instagram and LinkedIn profiles open those services' websites, which process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Business Area is an external application, reached via a link and subject to its own terms of use.
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or any tracking or statistical analysis tools. Fonts are served directly by the website, with no requests to external servers.
The website uses a technical cookie and your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember the language you have chosen and your cookie preferences. These tools are strictly necessary for the service you request and do not require your consent.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose individual cookie categories; third-party content (the Google Maps map) is loaded only with your consent. Your choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Data retention
The data we receive is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time ask the data controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw any consent given (Arts. 15–22 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
